Marcello is a seasoned construction leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, high-rise multifamily, mixed-use, and complex commercial projects. He is currently leading field operations for the Van Zandt project, a 10-story mixed-use development in the heart of Fort Worth’s West 7th District. Known for his ability to drive project momentum, lead diverse trade teams, and maintain a relentless focus on safety and quality, Marcello sets the tone for operational excellence on every job site. His command of site logistics, scheduling, and field coordination makes him a cornerstone of Oline’s growing Texas portfolio.

Justin joins Oline with a strong foundation in project management, technical coordination, and MEP systems integration. With a background in civil engineering and hands-on experience managing high-rise residential developments, he has demonstrated a keen ability to lead teams, manage project cost and schedule, and execute on complex scopes of work. Justin’s collaborative style and proactive problem-solving approach are a perfect match for Oline’s team-first culture.

Jordan brings exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in executive support, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she has experience as an educator, guest services associate, and executive assistant, where she developed expertise in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information. Jordan is highly regarded for her professionalism, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills, making her an invaluable resource in supporting Oline’s leadership team.

Reid is a highly motivated and results-oriented construction professional with more than eight years of experience in the industry. He has served as a superintendent and most recently as a project engineer on large-scale commercial projects. At Oline, Reid is supporting projects like the Van Zandt multi-use development by coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, managing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. With OSHA certifications, technical expertise in Autodesk products and Bluebeam along with a strong record of leadership, Reid adds depth and capability to Oline’s growing operations.
